2. Competitor will maintain the final posture for 30 seconds

To perform 12 Yogasanas with musical accompaniment.
The time limit ranges from 2Mts. to 2.30Mts. warning bell at 2Mts. and after 15 secs. till the time completes.
The exercise must start and end with a Yogic posture.
The exercise must end with end of music.
The time starts with your first movement on the ground when the music starts.
The ground measure is 6M x 6M square.
Moving all four quarters of the square floor arena, the perimeter diagonals and centre with minimum display of one Yogasanas using different directions with variation in pathways.
The moves must be well coordinated with dancing steps lounging Indian dances (Bhartiya Natyam, Katha Kali etc.), waves, flexibility, rotations and pivots.
The composition of an exercise must exhibit continuous moves alternating Yogasanas of flexibility, twisting & balance. No repetition of postures and moves
Must comprise balances on various body parts in upright and horizontal positions (Supine & Prone).
All Yogasanas performed during the artistic moves: must be held in its final posture for at least 5 seconds each.
Apart & together, above & below, mirror and side by side, back to back, symmetry and asymmetry.
Variation in use of pathways: Simple & complex, direct (straight line), indirect (curved looped, zig-zag).
Parallel/ unparallel moves in the same or opposite direction. An exercise must present to the spectators and judges : the aesthetic display, originality moves offering logical partnership complemented with choreography.
Synchrony or harmonisation of music & movements in an exercise is essential.
The asanas once performed should not be repeated.
A logical flow, artistic wholeness and individual identity required.
The exercise must demonstrate the following aspects in one's exercise.
Creativity and artistry in forming a DUO or TRIO identity Musical cohesion and flow.
Amplitude (fullness of movement), softness, tenselessness, stability.
Ways of performance including synchrony and choreographic links put together shelf attract the attention of the spectators and judges.
Aesthetic appeal.
2. Pair Women section
The Exercise content, time, ground
To perform 6 to 10 Yogasanas with musical accompaniment.

Ability to move in time with the music beat keeping harmony in movements culminating into Yogasanas.
Synchronization for Pair & Groups is the ability to execute all movements as a unit (working - relationship between the members)
Must show self confidence with genuine and pleasant, natural facial expressions.
An excellent routine demonstration of perfect postures (balance, flexibility, twist), body alignment, flexibility, tenselessnes, perfect control & balance. No repetition of postures and routines (directions and moves).
The routine must be performed in its entirety, to music.
The moves and asanas must be identical.
The moves must be well coordinated with dancing steps and Indian dances, waves, rotations and pivots.
Must be effectively used throughout the exercise in all the six directions of the available space.
All the movements must be well balanced showing difficulty (Article 28.02), transitions and linking moves in a variety of ways, smooth and fluent in connecting the movements.
Must show at least one posture in one direction.

Competitors will have to perform (one) Asana from each section.
Competitors will maintained the final posture for 30 seconds.
Competitors will perform asanas of his own choice in above 45 years M/W section.
